Nice property , We Checked in late at night but staff was very cooperative and helpful. Very accessible from the highway. Clean bathrooms and shower. Reasonable price

Under new management, we had a great time! Easy to get to, cute town nearby, beaches right around the corner, very nice people....we'll definitely be back!
New management was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. It is management like this that gives KOAs a bad name. I predict that this ship won't stay afloat for long with new management.
