Confirmed, I was here for the "Family Stay-cation" weekend, and we slept in Canvas platform tents.
The camp site was very clean, the girls had a blast.
I went here with my daughter for an event, while this is a nice and well maintained facility the land it is on creates a problem. Just about everything is uphill from the parking area, also while we did not use the beach the day we were there I did notice that it is across the street from the camp so while it is private and for use by the camp only, you will have to cross the street to get to it. If you don't mind the uphill walking this is a fairly nice Girl Scout camp area. I did not get to personally get to see the camping area of the camp, I was just in the program center and did not walk around, I will say that unless you hear from someone that has seen a campsite with their own eyes in the last year or so their information may be unreliable, I have heard everything from there are wood cabins with roofs to there are canvas cabins.
Had a blast both times I've been here. Ropes course is neat and the Lady running it is awesome.
