Cute beach! Some rocks and seaweed but not too much. Very mild waves. Lots of room. Boardwalk is nice and you can walk to cute restaurants and shops from the boardwalk.
Love this side of the beach. Lots of space, volleyball nets n not a lot of seaweed!
Good clean beach access with two full sized volleyball courts. Beautiful views of the bay. Would have been nice if the volleyball courts were closer to the entrance rather than all the way down in the middle of the beach.

The infamous "under the bridge". Some things have changed in the last few years. Seems you need an East Lyme beach pass to get in (same one for McCooks & Hole in the Wall). There is a boat launch for kayaks and canoes which is cool. Permanent portos in place, and it seems there are life guard stands now.
