Clean rooms, internet is the slowest I've seen in the past 5 years, and have to pay for it. Even the daily $5 premium is super slow. Staff were really nice, rooms clean, but my room had a giant hole in the bottom of the tub that had a shower mat over it, so you could still feel the hole there when you stepped on it. Water takes about 5-10 minutes to finally warm up in the shower, but once there, it stays hot without an issue, so plan ahead for showers.
The office and house keeping staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
We enjoyed our stay at Niantic Motel 6 very much! It suited our needs as we were traveling with two small dogs. The grounds around the motel are well kept and expansive. There is plenty of room to walk out fur kids around the building. There is tons of parking and the rooms are clean and quiet.
All that for a very affordable price.
It would be a nice bonus to have a kettle or a hair dryer in the room or available to borrow from the office. Next time we will know to bring one.
This is our second time staying in this location and we would come back or recommend with no hesitation.
This place is totally worth the extremely low rate. No frills, no fridge, no fancy shampoo, or lame continental breakfast. However the room is large, clean, warm, and quiet. WiFi is extra and not great but there is decent cable TV. My only real complaint is there is no hot water for showers. At $46 a night...a good deal.
It was very good. I had a little trouble hearing the telephone when making the reservation. The room was ready, clean, everything worked as expected. Brandon checked me in. He was courteous, helpful and informative. He is a personable young man. We stated two nights, however the room was not cleaned for the second night. That was not a problem for us.
Good for the price, and they allow pets which is nice. We had an issue with the first room they gave us, and they immediately took care of it and moved us to a different room. Extremely pleasant and courteous staff.
