My impression of this company far exceed what I have viewed at other facilities. It is obvious that the owner and the managers take great pride in the upkeep of this storage facility. I feel confidant in the fact that my items will be well taken care of, and that I feel very confidant with the place that I had chosen some time ago. This was my first experience with storage units and I was very happy with East Lyme Rent a space. I made my arrangements over the phone. Dave was helpful in getting me set up. Dave also helped me when I needed help with opening the door to my unit. When I checked out , the person at the front desk was accommodating . It was a pleasant experience overall.
