Washers were $2.50 a load. Standard machines. My clothes got clean. Bathroom was across the street at Dunkin Doughnuts. They have a wash and fold service. Lots of restaurants nearby.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! "Lost" many of my clothes. I say "lost" because out of everything I dropped off all my nice new back to school clothes went missing, yet all of my junky stuff (work out gear etc) was fine. When I picked up I asked where everything else was and all I got was a RUDE response of "that's everything you brought." I tried explaining that it wasn't, I had been sure to double check everything I brought since it was back to school and I wanted to be sure I had clean outfits for the week which I had planned by day, I basically had to beg for him to even look around for them, after which he hardly glanced his head in a circle before repeating the same statement of "that's all you brought". Even if they were actually lost or somehow damaged, all I would have wanted was an apology, but to to be treated to rudely was shocking.

I want to start off by saying the initial experience I had was pleasant. When I went to drop off my blankets and comforters I asked the girl approximately how much it would be and she didn't know because she was new there and those are priced differently. But she had my number and said they would call when they were done. I never got a call back after a week so I called them asking about it. An older man answered the phone and told me "if your clothes are here the are done!" Well okay then. So I went to pick them up a little after that. The same man was there who yelled at me over the phone. He seemed to have a hearing aide so I got why he couldn't hear me when I was greeting him. So I started moving around and flailing my arms in the air to try and get his attention. (I was on his left periphery because I came in the back door where they have parking that's not on the street) he glanced at me and had no reaction, he was more interested with whatever he was watching on his computer. So I said "are you serious? You can't see me standing here with my hands in the air?" I almost went and tapped him on the shoulder but I didn't want to because I was afraid of what he would do if I touched him. So I decided to walk infront of him to the other side. Believe it or not he saw me then (because the front part was blocked by wood 2x4s behind the washers) and asked me what I was there for. I told him I've been here for a while already trying to get his attention and asked him if he seriously didn't notice me. Granted yes I'm 5'2 but I'm pretty loud and I'm hard to miss. He said he had no idea I was there. So then when it came time to get my stuff he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. So I asked him if he needed varifiacation so I could go grab my reciept. And he said yes. So I preceded to go to my car and saw my stuff and said it was mine. So I had 3 large bags and he just said "that's 45$" didn't even grab a bill or anything. I just wanted to be out of his presence so I didn't ask for a receipt I just gave him the money. So I grabbed 2 of my bags (that's all I could carry) and as I got to my car he starts yelling to me from the door saying I forgot a bag. I'm not a big muscular man. I was going to come back for the third. So I dropped my bags and came back for the one he was yelling at me about. A gentleman would have helped me bring them out but he was no gentleman. His excuse for his poor behavior was that he had been there all day. That's no excuse. He shouldn't be working then. I work 13 hour shifts bartending and I'm always on my feet. Just because I'm tired is no excuse for me to not give proper service. He relaxes when no one is there and farts around on his computer. I am never going back to this laundromat . But the young girl that was working when I dropped off my clothes was very pleasant and if she was there when I picked my things up my experience would have been 100% better. That man just needs to retire already. He can't handle the public.
Have been a customer of the drop-off laundry service for many years. Very pleased with the service. Don’t worry if the person at the counter is not all that friendly - they do a good job regardless.
