WORST customer care experience. Total incompetence. Power recliner motor broke after only a couple months. They sent the wrong motor TWICE and we never receive the phone call with the 2 hr. service window because they keep entering our address as the warehouse in CT. Does that address not ring a bell with these people?!? They were supposed to come out today and when we called to confirm (since we didn't receive said phone call) we were told since our address had to be changed it would be considered an 'add-on'?!? what does that even mean?!? So now we have to wait until Wednesday. A month since we first reported this. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great prices, on time delivery. Overall great experience in this store. Highly recommend!!

The discount store has nice things at cheap prices. However if you going to the main store the prices are not what they appear to be. I had difficulties and getting a correct price and then when I got one they told me I couldn't buy it the way I wanted to after they waited on me for an hour they finally told me that it didn't come in my size. what I stated that I told him what size bed I need it in the very beginning it was obvious that he was just trying to upsell me
