Went there for the first time today to go through the car wash. Prices are good, but when I was finished there was soap all over my back window and side view mirrors. I had to go back around to the self service station to rinse it off. I'm used to going to Rapids in New London. Their dryers are much more powerful and they have guys drying off your car for you when you're done. Colonial didn't have that. I was prepared to tip, but there was no one there. I think for the money it's decent.
Very thorough, had my car's interior detailed last year, and I was blown away! Better than brand new

Just paid $115 for a detail wash. Was told it would be ready in two hours. Went to run some errands across the street and as we were walking by an hour into our so-called two hour wait, they flagged us down and said the car was ready. On our way back now because the door jambs are filthy, the inside of the back window was never touched, they didn't even vacuum the carpet in our trunk. The roll down windows are even worse than the back window. It's pathetic. Even tipped the kid $10 on top of paying over $100 for a bumper to bumper detail. Very poor job.
