In drive thru when it opens and no service. Always have a problem here. Worst STARBUCKS ever!
Black Friday nightmare. Almost a half hour on the drive thru line with 4 cars on it! Ahhhhh! Going back to New York.
I travel Southern New England for work and frequent Starbuck locations. By far this is one of the slowest Starbucks and has the longest wait times. Same quality just be prepared to stand there for a while
So I walk in and there’s only one person online. He’s ordering a pound of coffee and wants the $5 gift card they are offering. The one behind the counter says this others guys going to get it for you and so he steps aside so I can order my coffee, and she just stares at me blankly and walks away and put her drive through headphones on. she continually peaks around the corner at me, and I proceed to stand there for at least eight minutes while four people help this gentleman and the rest of the coworkers stand there blankly staring into space. Someone is outside decorating for Christmas which I think is the manager, she comes in to oversee the gift card fiasco and doesn’t even acknowledge me either. I finally ordered from my phone on the Starbucks app and walk over and pick up my coffee. The employees were so oblivious to the fact that I was even the same person who was just waiting online for 10 minutes. I was so mad I didn’t think of it sooner but honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any Starbucks ever!
I usually love this Starbucks, but the elderly woman who took my order was not only unfriendly she was downright rude!
