Clearly the people who work here have no idea what they are doing... I ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese and 1 frozen hot chocolate. She gave me a frozen coffee, was standing there for 5 minutes looking at the machine and look super confused through the whole thing and tried blaming it on me. Not only that but she put too much ice in the one that she remade for me and she gave me three sandwiches instead of 1

How fast can they pour a cup of coffee? Apparently faster than I can drive, because it's waiting there for me every time I order through the Drive thru, bravo Dunkin Donuts of East Lyme.
Looked nice, friendly staff but I had awful stomach pains after having the frozen hot chocolate. Never had this at any other location, some of the ingredients must have gone bad. Won't go back to.
